About Wayne Demeester

Wayne DeMeester, currently a partner at RRS & Company, has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Wayne DeMeester graduated in 1979 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Brigham Young University and then earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation at the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce. While at Brigham Young University, Wayne DeMeester played hockey and worked as a teaching assistant to an investments professor. Wayne DeMeester continues his involvement with Brigham Young University by serving as an Entrepreneur Founder for the Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology at the Marriott School of Business.

Wayne DeMeester is a former member of the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald Children's Charities and a supporter of Mamma's Hands House of Hope, which provides a safe home where women and their children in crisis can rebuild their lives. An avid golfer and history buff whose personal philosophy is "Win! Win!", Wayne DeMeester is involved with the Boy Scouts of America and enjoys coaching soccer and basketball. DeMeester and his wife, Doneen, have four children, Jacuieline, McKay, Nelson, and Talmage. Together, they enjoy vacations in Hawaii and family meals of Italian cuisine.

For 16 years, Wayne DeMeester served as Managing Director of Corporate and Executive Services at Wachovia in Seattle, Washington, where he earned the Gold Level of the Chairman's Circle of Excellence. After briefly serving as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for KBR Capital Partners, Wayne DeMeester became a partner at RRS & Company in Tempe, Arizona, where he is involved in growing the Private Equity Pathfinder Fund. By focusing on alternative investments such as real estate, Wayne DeMeester’s investment strategy has gained rapid growth over traditional asset allocation models.
